We are offering bonus incentives for some territories.We are currently hiring for multiple full time roles, including:Field RN Case Managers in the following primary locations: Somerville, Medford, Malden; East Boston, Winthrop, Charlestown; Salem, Lynn, Danvers; Lynnfield, Reading, Woburn, Wilmington; Rowley, Newbury, Newburyport; Dracut, Lawrence, HaverhillStart of Care / Admissions RN requires experience in a Medicare Certified Home Health setting, with OASIS documentationRN Preceptor requires experience in a Medicare Certified Home Health setting, with OASIS documentationYou will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.
