Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr)

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr). The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face interaction. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support in home city branches or airport locations.
This position pays $19.05 / hour and is located at 1115 Herschel Bess Blvd Ste B, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901.

We have the following schedule available. This position is a 47-hour work week. Overtime rate will be paid for hours over 40 per week.
- Monday: 7:30am to 6:00pm
- Tuesday: 7:30am to 6:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:30am to 6:00pm
- Thursday: 7:30am to 6:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am to 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am to 12:00pm (every other)
- Sunday: OFF

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years
