- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification
- Active Arizona license
- Active DEA
- BLS through AHA or American Red Cross
- ACLS through AHA or American Red Cross
- Board Certification
- Provider must live 90+ miles from facility Clinical Details
- Inpatient hospitalist coverage
- Admissions required
- Admitter, rounding, and night shift responsibilities
- 300-bed facility
- Level III Trauma Center Support Staff
- 5 PA/NPs onsite
- Collaborative inpatient team environment
