Wireless Sales Representative

Are you someone who enjoys talking with people, learning new technology, and working toward goals? 2313 Inc. is looking for a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers navigate wireless products, services, and promotions throughout Metro Detroit.

This is a full-time opportunity with hands-on training, so prior wireless experience isn't necessary.

You'll spend your day engaging with customers, learning what they're looking for, and helping them understand the wireless options available to them.

Responsibilities include:

• Introducing customers to wireless products and services
• Explaining plans, features, promotions, and available options
• Asking questions to better understand customer needs
• Providing knowledgeable and professional recommendations
• Completing new customer acquisitions
• Staying current on wireless offerings and promotions
• Working toward individual and team sales goals

What to Expect

• Full-time: approximately 40 hours per week
• Location: Farmington Hills, MI, serving Metro Detroit
• Compensation: hourly-versus-commission structure
• Hands-on wireless and sales training
• Ongoing coaching and professional development
• Team events and networking opportunities
