Maximo Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities Install and configure IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9.1.x components, including MAS Core and Maximo Manage, on Red Hat OpenShift clusters (on‑prem or cloud). Prepare and validate infrastructure readiness (OpenShift cluster sizing, storage classes – RWO/RWX, networking, ingress, certificates). Plan and execute Maximo 7.6.x → MAS 9.1.x upgrades. Perform pre‑upgrade activities: Integrity Checker execution (report & repair modes) SMP and DB compatibility validation Execute MAS and Manage upgrades using supported IBM upgrade paths. Perform post‑upgrade activities including ConfigDB, validation testing, and defect remediation. Support automated MAS installations using CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitOps‑based workflows). Standardize installation and upgrade procedures to improve repeatability and reduce manual effort. Troubleshoot MAS, OpenShift, database, and integration issues during and after upgrades. Support System Testing, SIT, UAT, and Validation (IQ/OQ) activities. Perform smoke testing, health checks, and performance validation post installation/upgrade. Support cutover planning, go‑live execution, and hypercare support. Prepare and maintain: Installation runbooks Upgrade approach documents Environment build checklists Requirements Strong experience in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) installation and upgrades. Hands‑on experience with Red Hat OpenShift (OCP / ROSA / ARO). Database knowledge: Oracle. Experience with: MAS CLI, entitlement keys, license configuration. Integrity Checker, ConfigDB.
