Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive healthcare services for individuals and families throughout their lives, from pediatric to geriatric ages.
• Oversee chronic disease management, preventive measures, unforeseen illnesses, and mental wellness with a patient-centric lens.
• Perform physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and create individualized treatment strategies.
• Work alongside care coordinators, mental health experts, and specialty providers to ensure integrated care.
• Engage in ongoing quality improvement efforts that drive patient success and operational efficiency.
• Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) to maintain up-to-date and accurate patient documentation.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible (or in possession of) an active Oklahoma medical license.
• Preferred BLS and ACLS certifications.
