Assembler – Hallam, PA

$19/hr • Mon–Thu • 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

About the Role

Join a growing manufacturing team supporting a major client. As an Assembler, you’ll inspect, pack, and prepare quality parts in a fast‑paced production environment with opportunities to advance.

Key Responsibilities

• Visually inspect parts for defects

• Perform quality checks using go/no‑go gauges

• Pack and prepare quality parts for shipment

• Prioritize tasks based on incoming and projected orders

• Receive products and enter data into the computer system

• “Down Pack” items according to work orders

• Hand‑assemble parts for customers

• Assist Press Associates by moving metal at the end of the press line

Essential Skills

• Computer proficiency

• Critical thinking

• Strong visual inspection ability

• Forklift & receiving experience

• Ability to lift 40 lbs

Preferred Experience

• High school diploma or GED

• Basic arithmetic (MDAS, decimals)

• Reading comprehension at an 8th‑grade level

• Good hand dexterity

• Ability to work independently or in a small team

• Experience with assembly, blueprint reading, mechanical assembly, or machine operation

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hallam, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.43/hr.
