We are recruiting for the following position:Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organizationNurse ManagerThe Nurse Manager is a clinical leadership role responsible for overseeing nursing operations and supervising clinical care team staff in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting. Working collaboratively with the Health Center Administrator and Medical Director, this role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and achievement of clinical quality and productivity goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and evaluate nursing staff, medical assistants, and ancillary care team membersEnsure compliance with clinical quality measures, infection control, and regulatory standardsSupport provider productivity (16–18 patients per provider per day)Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, patient flow, and care coordinationMonitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and lead quality improvement effortsManage patient concerns and promote exceptional customer service using the AIDET modelQualifications:Active RN license in Washington State (LPNs considered with equivalent experience)Ambulatory care and supervisory experience strongly preferredBilingual English/Spanish strongly preferredStrong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skillsBLS/CPR required (or within 90 days of hire)Fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.
