180-Day Paid Leadership Development Program

Build the Skills to Lead Before You Launch OKC

All Oklahoma City Manager in Training hires will complete a paid 180-day leadership development program in Dallas, Texas before returning to help launch and grow the Oklahoma City market.

This is hands-on development—not six months sitting in a classroom.

You’ll be in the field selling, producing, learning, coaching, and working directly with experienced Heritage leaders.

During the program, you’ll develop skills in:

• Advanced roofing and storm restoration sales
• Insurance restoration processes
• Project management
• Customer experience
• Recruiting and interviewing
• New-hire onboarding
• Field coaching and ride-alongs
• Performance management
• Team accountability
• Leadership communication
• Building and growing a successful sales organization

You’ll also gain firsthand experience with the systems, processes, and leadership structure used throughout Heritage.

The goal is simple:

Return to Oklahoma City ready to produce, recruit, coach, develop, and lead.

What You’ll Do

As a Manager in Training, you’ll continue producing at a high level while developing the skills needed to become an effective sales leader.

You’ll:

• Generate new business through residential roofing and restoration sales
• Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage
• Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process
• Manage projects from initial inspection through completion
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Develop relationships within the Oklahoma City community
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Recruit and help onboard future sales representatives
• Coach new team members through field training and ride-alongs
• Help develop the sales skills of newer representatives
• Lead by example through personal production
• Drive performance and accountability
• Help establish Heritage’s presence throughout the Oklahoma City market
• Support continued growth and expansion of the team

• Have at least 1 year of residential roofing sales experience
• Have experience working with insurance restoration claims
• Have a proven track record of generating residential roofing business

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience required
• Residential storm restoration experience strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Ability to work in the field and perform roof inspections
• Ability to complete the required 180-day paid leadership development program in Dallas, TX
• Commitment to return to and help grow the Oklahoma City market
