We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatrician to become part of our award-winning practice, known for its collaborative and supportive environment. Located in the tri-cities region of Washington, our modern facility features an in-house pharmacy, optometry, dental, medical services, and patient education, serving over 37,000 unique clients as a comprehensive healthcare hub.
Position Overview:- Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week.
- Practice Setting: Outpatient only; no rounding, no on-call duties, and no attending deliveries.
- Compensation: Competitive base salary with performance incentives, a sign-on bonus, loan repayment options, and comprehensive benefits. Potential earnings range from $275K to $360K.
- Visa Sponsorship: Support available for J1 and H1B visas.
