- Develop, validate, and optimize CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso .
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and 3D models to create accurate inspection programs.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and dimensional compliance.
- Update CMM programs to support design changes and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot CMM programming and inspection-related issues.
- Prepare inspection reports and technical documentation using Microsoft Office.
- Communicate inspection results and recommendations with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience programming CMMs using Zeiss Calypso .
- Strong understanding of GD&T and dimensional inspection.
- Experience developing and validating CMM programs for complex components and assemblies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX).
- Aerospace or rotorcraft manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with quality standards and precision manufacturing processes.
