Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing you to create a supportive home office environment that suits your work style while prioritizing client confidentiality. The outpatient nature of our practice means that you will engage with clients primarily via secure video and phone communications, ensuring a comfortable and accessible experience for clients from various backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual counseling services to a diverse client base, utilizing telehealth platforms effectively to discuss mental health issues.
• Maintain a professional workspace, ensuring a reliable internet connection and appropriate audio-visual equipment for conducting sessions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Document session outcomes, treatment progress, and any necessary adjustments in a timely manner, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Make appropriate referrals to other healthcare professionals when needed, demonstrating sound clinical judgment.
• Engage in regular professional development activities to elevate your skills and adapt to evolving therapeutic methods.
• Promote self-care and healthy boundaries to foster personal resilience and effective therapy delivery.

Qualifications

• A valid mental health license in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling clear and compassionate interactions with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong foundation in contemporary theories, assessment tools, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities relevant to mental health treatment.

Preferred Experience

• 2-3 years of professional experience in telehealth services, adept at utilizing technology to create effective therapeutic environments.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and fostering relationships within the healthcare ecosystem.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems to support documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time role ranges between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually, complemented by a competitive benefits package, including:
