About MIRA Wellness Club MIRA Wellness Club is a members-only wellness club opening in central Chennai in early 2027. Members get coached strength and conditioning training, in-house physiotherapy, a partner nutritionist and a café. There are separate recovery floors for women and men, each with a sauna and cold plunges. Our members are busy professionals who want training, recovery and health care in one place. The service standard is closer to a fine hotel than a gym. Chennai is our first club. We plan to open in more Indian cities over the coming years. The role You run the club. Before opening, you help the founder build the team, the systems and the standards. After opening, you run daily operations for a team of about 50 people and every member who walks in. You may be a front office manager, rooms division manager, executive assistant manager or spa director who is ready to run your own property. Club, spa and premium fitness backgrounds are welcome too. What you will do Before opening Write the standard operating procedures for every part of the club with the founder. Hire the front-of-house, recovery floor, housekeeping and maintenance teams. You run screening. The founder makes final calls on senior hires. Bring partner vendors into the club and manage them day to day. Plan the member experience in detail, from arrival to departure. Run the soft launch: the invite-only weeks before we open fully. After opening Run daily operations across every floor. Lead the team. Train them to our standard, hold them to it, and recognise them when they meet it. Handle member complaints in person. Pass the hardest ones to the founder. Own the monthly profit and loss against budget and report it to the founder. Make sure vendors meet our service standard. Who we are looking for 8 or more years in operations at a fine hotel, hotel spa, members' club or premium fitness club. You have managed a team of 30 or more people. Comfortable with a P&L and a budget. You have handled guest or member complaints face to face. You spend most of the day on the floor with your team. Fluent English. Pay Monthly pay ₹1.65L to ₹2.7L (cost to company), depending on experience. Performance bonus Tied to occupancy and member retention. Profit share We plan to share club profit with the team.
