What You'll Do

• Assist during surgical procedures, ensuring proper handling of equipment and supplies
• Scrub in for surgeries, preparing and maintaining sterile fields
• Support the surgical team by ensuring supplies are available and equipment is functioning correctly
• Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of surgical tools and endoscopes
• Help manage patient care duties under the supervision of RNs and physicians
• Support departmental operations to ensure seamless workflow
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards

What You Need

• Certification in Surgical Technology (must be from an approved program; online certification is not accepted)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a surgical or medical setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent judgment and ability to work self-directed

• Prior experience with endoscope sterilization
• Additional certifications in related healthcare fields
