Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Some Weekend Shifts Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to high-risk labor and delivery patients, including those with pre-eclampsia, diabetes, and multiple gestations
• Manage active labor patients including induction, augmentation, VBAC/TOLAC, and maternal emergencies
• Care for antepartum patients with expected ratios of 1:2 for labor and 1:3 for antepartum
• Float between units as needed within the facility or nearby sister facilities
• Complete required onboarding and annual compliance modules prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State RN license or active Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of one year of Labor and Delivery experience in an acute care setting
• Experience with high-risk obstetric conditions including pre-eclampsia, diabetes, multiples, and VBAC/TOLAC
• Proficiency in induction, augmentation, and management of maternal emergencies
• Two professional references covering at least one year of experience within the last three years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
• Familiarity with antepartum patient care and management
