Occupational TherapistSchedule: 8-hour shiftsAssignment Details:Contract Length: 14 weeksGuaranteed Hours: 40 hours per weekRequirements:Current state license as an Occupational TherapistProof of current CPR certificationCurrent driver's licenseReliable transportation and insuranceTwo years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation settingRoles & Responsibilities:Perform clinical assessments and identify patient needs.Document and develop individualized patient care plans.Assess and facilitate direct therapeutic interventions to improve patient occupational performance.Evaluate and modify the use of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Maintain accurate records and communicate patient information to appropriate healthcare professionals.Compliance / Notes:Must meet mandatory continuing education requirements.Promote compliance with fiscal intermediaries and other third-party payers.Adhere to infection control and universal precautions in all patient care activities.Client Details City Tucson State AZ
