DIRECTOR OF OWNER RELATIONS & MANAGEMENT - AVIATIONBased in Scottsdale, AZ, we are a top-rated company providing aircraft management, owner services, and aviation solutions for private aircraft owners and executive clientele.We're seeking a Director of Owner Relations & Management - Aviation with experience managing high-net-worth client relationships, growing aircraft management portfolios, and developing strategic partnerships within the aviation industry. This leadership role will drive fleet growth, oversee owner relations, and expand market presence through business development and relationship management.Role and Responsibilities:Serve as the senior relationship leader for key aircraft owners, conducting strategic reviews, utilization planning, and ownership consultationsLead initiatives to grow the managed aircraft portfolio through acquisition sourcing, owner outreach, and aircraft onboardingDevelop relationships with brokers, family offices, wealth managers, attorneys, corporate flight departments, and aviation advisorsManage and mentor the Owner Relations Coordinator, establishing standards for owner communication, service delivery, and operational excellenceOversee owner experience programs and personally handle escalated owner concerns and high-priority relationshipsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless aircraft owner support, trip planning, and service executionRepresent the organization at aviation events, conferences, networking functions, and industry meetingsSupport expansion into new geographic markets through strategic partnerships and business development initiativesQualifications:3+ years of aviation industry experienceProven track record managing ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client relationshipsDemonstrated success driving revenue growth, business development, or account growth within aviation, financial services, or a related industryExisting network with family offices, wealth managers, aviation advisors, brokers, or corporate aviation professionalsExperience leading, mentoring, or managing client-facing teamsStrong executive presence, communication, relationship-building, and presentation skillsBenefitsCompetitive Base Salary Between $80-100k + CommissionsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with matchingLife insurance and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.Paid time off (PTO)An employee assistance program and a referral program.
