Location: Richmond, VA (3 Locations)
Pay: $15$22/hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
Schedule: Flexible hours (including weekends)

About Us

The Pit and The Peel is a fast-growing, locally loved juice bar with three locations across Richmond, Virginia. We pride ourselves on fresh ingredients, fast service, and creating a fun, high-energy environment for both our customers and our team.

Position Overview

Were looking for motivated, positive team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, working as part of a team, and delivering high-quality food and beverages quickly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, upbeat attitude
Prepare smoothies, juices, bowls, and light food items to company standards
Accurately take and fulfill customer orders
Execute orders efficiently to meet ticket time expectations
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Willingness to learnwe provide all training
Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required
