The Pit and The Peel is a fast-growing, locally loved juice bar with three locations across Richmond, Virginia. We pride ourselves on fresh ingredients, fast service, and creating a fun, high-energy environment for both our customers and our team. Position Overview
Were looking for motivated, positive team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, working as part of a team, and delivering high-quality food and beverages quickly and consistently. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Prepare smoothies, juices, bowls, and light food items to company standards
- Accurately take and fulfill customer orders
- Execute orders efficiently to meet ticket time expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learnwe provide all training
- Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required
- Competitive hourly pay ($15$22/hour)
