Our Geropsych Department at UnityPoint Health - Finley Hospital is looking for a skilled, patient-focused LPN to join our interdisciplinary team. Bring your expertise, heart, and dedication — help us support our older patients on their journey to mental wellness!

Shift: Full-time, Nights 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, for 48 hours per pay period, holiday and every third weekend rotation

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to geriatric psychiatric patients, including medication administration, monitoring, and patient support.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active IA LPN license required
• Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within three (3) months from date of hire
