We're looking for a motivated Line Cook / Sushi Cook who takes pride in quality, consistency, and teamwork. This is an excellent opportunity to work with fresh ingredients while developing your skills in a restaurant committed to great food and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute menu items to recipe standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Assist with daily prep and kitchen setup
Work efficiently during busy dinner services
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members

Qualifications

Previous kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organization
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Passion for food and hospitality
