About the job Marketing Data Analyst - RemoteThe Marketing Data Analyst is a proactive, results-oriented individual responsible for analyzing and segmenting data with a bias towards generating insights to inform marketing strategies and models. The analyst must have experience with decision analytic practices and tools while also being able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for analyzing and generating insights which will then assist the Marketing team in development of marketing strategies.Conduct analysis including retrieval, manipulation and analysis of complex datasets.Responsible for the ongoing performance monitoring of marketing strategies and making subsequent recommendations in order to improve performance.Ability to work with and influence leadership regarding marketing decisions.Plan and execute projects from start to finish.Partner with various teams (Marketing, Operations, Compliance, etc.) to ensure solutions meet business needs and objectives.Effectively communicate with various levels of stakeholders internally and externally (executives, partners, customers, etc.).Perform other related duties as assigned.Education and ExperienceBachelors degree in Business Administration, Mathematic, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar from an accredited college/university5+ years experience in marketing analysisQualifications & SkillsStrong understanding of decision analytics practices and toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with various analytical tools (SQL, PowerBI, R, SAS, etc.)Proven ability to work with all levels of the organizationExperience working in a highly regulated industryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWork is performed in a standard office settingThe noise level in the work environment is usually quietPhysical DemandsSedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standingLight work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds occasionallyAllied Global Marketing is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
