NOW HIRING: Civil Project Superintendent Location: Vernon, Tx Starting Salary: 90,000 - 115,000 annually + $150 PER DIEM (Negotiable based on experience) Job Summary: HWH is seeking an experienced Civil Project Superintendent to oversee and coordinate field activities for civil and industrial construction projects. This role provides leadership to foremen and field crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities Supervise daily field operations for civil/industrial projects Manage and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent Proven civil project experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards EEO Statement Harrison, Walker & Harper is an equal opportunity employer.
