Director of Production

Oversee all aspects of video and digital production from ideation and scripting through delivery Build scalable production systems, templates, and vendor frameworks Lead cost estimates, resource allocation, and reconciliation for high-value campaigns Ensure campaign profitability and financial transparency Identify, vet, and manage vendors including directors, DPs, editors, animators, and photographers Guide integrated producers through complex shoots and integrated campaigns Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Account, and Media leadership Safeguard creative excellence, compliance, and consistency across deliverables Champion new tools, AI-assisted workflows, and social-first storytelling Serve as a senior client point of contact, providing counsel and clarity Requirements 8–10 years of senior-level production experience in an agency, production company, or in-house environment Proven success leading complex, integrated campaigns across video, digital, and experiential Deep expertise in budget management, production contracts, and vendor negotiation Strong creative instincts and ability to translate abstract ideas into high-impact content Familiarity with AI-assisted production, social-native storytelling, and Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and YouTube formats Ability to manage multiple high-stakes timelines simultaneously Collaborative, solutions-driven leadership style and strong client communication skills Experience with corporate, advocacy, or public-affairs content preferred but not required Portfolio mandatory for the application process Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in overseeing video and digital production, with a strong focus on budget management, vendor negotiation, and leading integrated campaigns.
