(USA) Overnight Stocking Coach

Position Summary Lead and develop store associate teams by providing training, coaching, and feedback. Drive operational excellence, financial performance, and customer service through collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Train, mentor, and supervise hourly associates; hire, onboard, and develop talent. Foster a culture of belonging, professionalism, and high integrity. Communicate store operations, business initiatives, and performance expectations across all levels. Manage customer service initiatives, resolve customer complaints, and implement process improvements. Review profit/loss statements, budgeting, forecasting; control expenses and drive sales. Ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and shrink mitigation. Maintain compliance with company policies, standards of ethics, and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and communicate progress toward goals. Promote continuous learning, adaptability, and data‑driven decision making. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of college education OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Experience supervising 5+ direct reports with performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing responsibilities. Salary & Benefits Annual salary range: $65,000 – $100,000. Additional compensation includes performance bonuses, regional pay zone adjustments, and complex structure differential.
