In this remote role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and verifying data across various platforms, assisting with document management, and supporting our recruiting team with administrative tasks. Responsibilities Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems Verify and review data for errors, correcting inconsistencies as needed Maintain organized digital records and files for easy retrieval Assist with document management and scanning of physical records Support the recruiting team with administrative and clerical tasks Respond to internal requests for data retrieval and reporting Perform regular data backups to ensure information security Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and candidate information Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly data goals Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards Report data discrepancies or system issues to supervisors promptly Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Entry-level candidates welcome; prior data entry experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with data entry software and database systems Good typing speed and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes #J-18808-Ljbffr Quality Staffing
