Registered Nurse Stepdown NeuroPosition available in a Stepdown Neuro unit. The role requires a night shift from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Experience in PCU or progressive care is preferred but not required. Candidates must hold a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license. Active certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are required at the time of application. Travelers must work at least every other holiday. Background checks are conducted, and candidates with open cases will not be accepted. Nicotine free designation applies to travelers except for nurses and CSTs temporarily. Completed BCI/FBI prints within 48 hours of signing the contract are necessary. Candidates may extend their contracts for a period of 18 months, after which a 6-month break is required. Annual compliance training may be required for continuous contractors. Modules required prior to starting may take an average of 6-15 hours to complete.
