Insight Global is seeking an experienced Owner's Representative Construction Manager to support a large-scale hyperscale data center construction project in the Arlington, VA area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing mission critical construction environment and play a key role in overseeing complex projects from pre-construction through closeout. This position is contract-to-hire , offering long-term growth potential with a leading organization in the data center industry.

Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite)

Position Type: Contract-to-Hire

Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire

Pay Rate: $65 - $75/hr, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects including pre-construction, design coordination, construction execution, closeout, occupancy, and warranty activities.
• Serve as the owner's representative, coordinating with general contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, critical milestones, budgets, and overall project performance.
• Review and approve RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, punch list activities, and project turnover.
• Track project costs and assist with budget management.
• Participate in contractor, consultant, and vendor evaluations and selections.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant construction management experience.
• 10+ years of overall construction industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Previous experience supporting data center, hyperscale, colocation, or other mission critical projects.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, project controls, budgeting, and field coordination. xhyhwjd
• Experience working directly with owners, general contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
