PROJECT MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW

Seeking an experienced Project Manager capable of handling multiple large-scale commercial drywall projects valued at $1MM+ each.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience managing multiple commercial drywall projects Track record of successful $1MM+ project completion Expert proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid Strong understanding of commercial drywall systems Excellent client relationship skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage multiple large-scale commercial projects simultaneously Oversee project budgets and schedules Coordinate with general contractors and trades Lead project teams and field personnel Ensure project profitability and client satisfaction Maintain strong client relationships Manage project documentation and reporting Coordinate with estimating team

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Advanced proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid (required) Strong understanding of commercial drywall systems Expertise in reading and interpreting construction documents Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
