Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Grieco Ford of Delray Beach in Delray Beach, FL. This role involves greeting customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and guiding them through the selection of pre‑owned Ford models and other inventory. The Sales Associate presents vehicle features and benefits, explains pricing and the Grieco 1Price Advantage, and supports customers with financing options and paperwork. Daily responsibilities include managing test drives, following up with leads, maintaining product knowledge, and collaborating with the sales and finance teams to ensure a professional, customer‑focused experience. The role also includes maintaining a clean, organized showroom and adhering to dealership policies and compliance standards. Qualifications Customer service and sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and support customers through the buying process. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to present information clearly, answer questions, and collaborate effectively with team members. Basic math, computer, and documentation skills for handling pricing discussions, completing sales forms, and using dealership systems. Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple customers, follow up on leads, and keep records accurate and up to date. Previous experience in automotive sales, retail, or a customer‑facing role preferred but not required. Comfort working in an on‑site dealership environment, including weekends and evenings as needed.
