Marketing Automation Specialist

We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to build and optimize automated marketing workflows for healthcare clients. You'll create sophisticated campaigns that nurture leads and increase patient conversions. Responsibilities • Build and manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar
- Create automated lead nurture sequences for different patient journeys
- Set up and manage CRM integrations and data flows
- Implement lead scoring and segmentation strategies
- Create SMS and email automation for appointment reminders and follow-ups
- Build automated reporting and dashboards for clients
- Optimize automation workflows based on performance data
- Implement tracking pixels and conversion tracking across platforms
- Create forms, landing pages, and lead capture mechanisms
- Train clients on marketing automation best practices
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all automated communications
- Proficiency in HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, or similar platforms
- Understanding of CRM systems and data management
- Experience with API integrations and webhooks
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for template customization
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
- Experience with lead scoring and segmentation strategies
- Understanding of the customer journey and lifecycle marketing
- Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation tools
- Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy
- Access to cutting-edge marketing technology
