Job Overview A law firm seeks a Tax Credit Associate for their Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in tax credit matters, with a focus on real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits. Candidates in St. Louis are strongly preferred, but applications from Phoenix, including virtual office candidates, are welcome. Duties Advise clients on tax credit finance and development matters. Collaborate with teams on real estate finance projects. Manage New Markets Tax Credits transactions. Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal regulations. Requirements Minimum of four years of tax credit experience. Experience with real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits. Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar license in the state of practice. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
