Position Description
Join CGI Federal's team supporting important government systems such as Momentum ERP, Concur Travel, G Invoicing, and IPP. You will work on site at the client location five days per week and collaborate closely with a dedicated team committed to supporting daily operations. This position is located in Arlington, VA.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Provide first line support for Momentum ERP and related systems. Assist users with basic questions, gather information about issues, and escalate tickets to senior team members when needed. Enter and update tickets in Jira Service Management. Support daily service desk operations, interact with users in a professional and friendly manner, and help maintain an organized and responsive help desk environment. Participate in training, job shadowing, and coaching sessions with senior team members. This role requires consistent on site presence at the client location five days per week.

Strong communication and customer service skills. Interest in technology, problem solving, and learning new systems. Ability to work on site at the client location five days per week. Ability to collaborate with others in a team environment. U.S. citizenship is required. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
Familiarity with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing platforms. Interest in ERP systems or government systems support. Experience in customer service, retail, call centers, or similar environments. Strong organization, reliability, and willingness to learn. Candidates who enjoy helping users and growing their skills will thrive in this role.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $51,600.00 $121,100.00.
