Position Overview

As an Elite Care Specialist at Matriarch, you will provide high-quality, individualized nursing care in patients' homes while supporting both pediatric and adult clients with complex medical needs. This PRN role is ideal for a compassionate, adaptable nurse who values patient-centered care and enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Schedule

PRN Weekend Opportunities

• Saturdays
• Sundays
• Day, evening, and overnight opportunities may be available based on patient needs

Required Clinical Skills

The ideal nurse demonstrates confidence with:

• Gastrostomy tube (G-tube) care
• Tracheostomy care
• Ventilator management
• Pediatric patient care
• Adult patient care
• Medication administration and monitoring

Training and certifications will be provided upon hire as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
• Reliable transportation
