Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor therapy staff to enhance their professional growth. Manage therapy schedules and caseloads effectively. Monitor patient outcomes and maintain accurate documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Medicare requirements. Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and families to promote safe mobility and enhance residents' quality of life. Drive program expansion, staff development, and continuous improvement within a nurturing, home-like atmosphere. Requirements and Qualifications Proven experience in rehabilitation services, preferably in a senior living context. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and Medicare guidelines.
