Scheduler/Expediter

Job Description

Responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods and materials through a supply chain. This includes inventory levels, ensuring that orders are fulfilled on time and ensuring timely delivery.
Must be able to communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure a timely delivery.
Work closely with other departments to resolve any issues and ensure a seamless flow of materials. Provide updates and reports to management.
Must be familiar and have experience with an MRP/ERP system. Build parts in the system, create routers for the shop floor, ensuring the parts get to the customer on time.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
3 + years experience in expediting, planning, scheduling, or a related field.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management systems.
