Job Description
- Responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods and materials through a supply chain. This includes inventory levels, ensuring that orders are fulfilled on time and ensuring timely delivery.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure a timely delivery.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve any issues and ensure a seamless flow of materials. Provide updates and reports to management.
- Must be familiar and have experience with an MRP/ERP system. Build parts in the system, create routers for the shop floor, ensuring the parts get to the customer on time.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- 3 + years experience in expediting, planning, scheduling, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management systems.
