We're hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Supervisor in Freehold, New Jersey who wants leadership autonomy, a collaborative team culture, and a clear path beyond traditional caseload burnout.

You'll step into a leadership-focused behavioral health role overseeing a team of psychiatric providers while maintaining a partial clinical caseload. You'll provide operational oversight, clinical guidance, and support quality patient care initiatives while partnering closely with executive leadership and a multidisciplinary treatment team.

What makes you a great fit

• You are Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• You hold an active and unrestricted APRN, DNP, or NP license in New Jersey
• You maintain active New Jersey CDS and DEA registrations
• You have leadership experience supervising providers in a behavioral health setting
• You possess strong knowledge of EMR systems and interdisciplinary care models
• You are willing to travel to the Princeton clinic location as needed
• You have experience with or an interest in child and adolescent psychiatry

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $150,000–$200,000
