REQUIREMENTS:
AT LEAST 2 YRS EXPERIENCE IN HEALTHCARE SERVICES
BI-LINGUAL
GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
GOOD TEAM PLAYER
RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
JOB DESCRIPTION:
RECEIVE AND INPUT REFERRALS
REQUEST AUTHORIZATION FROM PATIENT’S HEALTH PLAN.
SEND TO AND RECEIVED DOCUMENTS FROM DOCTOR’S OFFICES.ASSIGN PATIENTS AND SCHEDULE VISITS IN THE SYSTEM.
CREATE AND PERFORM QUALITY ASSURANCE ON SCHEDULE/ REPORT.GIVE REGULAR UPDATES TO SUPERVISOR.
COMMUNICATE WITH PATIENT’S CAREGIVER.
COMMUNICATE WITH HEALTH PLAN.
AT LEAST TWO YEARS EXPERIENCE IN FILING PATIENT’S CHARTBENEFITS:
