About the Role:

Chattanooga Concessions LLC is looking for an energetic and dependable Concessions Operations team member to join our crew in Collegedale, TN! This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll be at the heart of the action, serving up great food and experiences to guests. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverage items quickly and accurately at concession stands
• Operate cash registers and handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at the concession stand and surrounding areas
• Restock supplies, condiments, and inventory throughout shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service to guests in a high-volume environment
• Follow food safety and handling guidelines at all times
• Assist with opening and closing duties including setup and breakdown of concession areas

Requirements:

• Previous experience in concessions, food service, or a similar customer-facing role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and event days
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
