Marketing Operations – Associate Marketing Project Manager (Streaming Media & Entertainment) 6-month Contract (W2) - Weekly Pay, Benefits, 40 hours/week Position Overview Our client, a major streaming media and entertainment company, is seeking an Associate Manager, Title Marketing Operations — a dynamic, communicative, and highly organized individual. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the creative operations team responsible for developing marketing creative for the company's streaming platform and broader content portfolio. This position requires tangible production management skills across video, print, digital/social, and creative. Exceptional communication and prioritization skills required. This position will report to the Manager, Title Marketing Operations and will be a key stakeholder to creative, social, brand strategy, press, media, and marketing teams within the marketing organization, as well as external agencies and freelancers. Team-player mentality and commitment to building team culture are an absolute must. Responsibilities Partner closely with the Creative Operations team to coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of creative campaigns—from strategic planning to final execution and media delivery Facilitate version control, approvals, and delivery of all campaign assets Maintain up-to-date documentation including meeting agendas, notes, and action items Act as a point of contact for cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment and support Support campaign execution across various workstreams including post-production and media versioning Help lead special initiatives and projects Uphold organization and workflow hygiene across key platforms Provide day-to-day logistical and administrative support to ensure campaigns remain on track Qualifications/Requirements 2+ years' experience working on production-centric projects Knowledge of project management methodologies and an ability to use the right method for the task and situation Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor to all levels of an organization Strong leadership skills, with the proven ability to coordinate team members across teams and locations Exceptional attention to detail and incredibly organized Desire for operational excellence, workflow improvement, and process enhancement Desired Characteristics Self-starter, able to consistently deliver without requiring significant oversight and direction Highly collaborative, able to build mutually beneficial relationships with delivery teams Comfortable with uncertainty, but with the drive to establish order and structure Keen understanding of how to consistently "move the ball forward" in varied circumstances Ability and desire to continually learn and improve the status quo Culture carrier with strong leadership skills to drive, deliver, develop, and inspire Experience with Airtable is valued Background in creative production, asset management, or AV/static preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Calculated Hire
