We are hiring a Full-Time Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager for our Stuart location. This is a key client-facing role that blends luxury service, consultative sales, and team leadership. You'll collaborate with experienced estheticians, guide clients through advanced treatment journeys, and help drive high-value revenue in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Sales Supervisor
- Conduct personalized, solution-oriented consultations
- Drive high-ticket daily sales (target: $3,500+ per day)
- Manage client progress and communication using CRM tools
- Ensure a consistently premium client experience
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet goals
- Oversee daily consultation and treatment workflows
- Assist team members in closing large treatment packages
- Base Salary: $2,500-$3,000/month
- Commission: 4%-10%, based on personal and team performance
- All clientele by appointment - no walk-ins or cold leads
- Sales experience in luxury, spa, wellness, or aesthetics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with CRM systems and structured consultations
- Performance-focused with a service-first mindset
