Health Policy Analyst – Digital Health, RPM & AI

About the Role

CTeL is looking for a curious, driven Health Policy Analyst to help us track and shape the future of digital health, including telehealth, remote patient monitoring (RPM), and artificial intelligence (AI).

You'll monitor state and federal policy developments, conduct research, attend legislative and regulatory meetings, help develop content for events and working groups, and build relationships with policymakers, regulators, and industry leaders. This is an opportunity to work directly on some of the most important healthcare innovation issues in the country.

What You'll Do

• Track legislation, regulations, and policy developments related to digital health, RPM, telehealth, and AI.
• Attend congressional hearings, agency meetings, briefings, and stakeholder events.
• Represent CTeL at congressional hearings, federal agency meetings, coalition meetings, and industry events, and report key developments back to the team.
• Monitor federal agencies and state regulators for requests for information (RFIs), proposed rules, and public comment opportunities.
• Draft public comments, policy responses, and regulatory submissions on behalf of CTeL.
• Research emerging healthcare policy issues and prepare briefs, reports, and summaries.
• Help develop agendas and content for CTeL events, webinars, roundtables, and working groups.
• Build relationships with policymakers, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
• Support CTeL's research, education, and policy initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Capitol Hill experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in public policy, public health, political science, health administration, or a related field.
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare innovation, technology, and public policy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel periodically for meetings and events.

Compensation

Starting at $55,000+ , with additional consideration for candidates bringing significant Capitol Hill, healthcare policy, or digital health experience.
