Laborer

As a Concrete General Laborer at Thompson, your primary responsibility will be to work as a member of a team to build high-quality residential foundations around the Louisville area. Additional duties include Coordinating with Crew Leaders to learn the full scope of project Driving company vehicles to transport crew to and from jobsites (optional) Loading, unloading and distributing various types of material and tools Setting up concrete retaining panels according to project blueprints Using various types of hand tools, such as hammers & measuring tapes Pouring, spreading, raking, and inspecting freshly poured concrete Spraying sealants and other chemicals on panels before and after use Keeping jobsite organized and properly securing tools & material Requirements To qualify as a Laborer/Driver, you must possess a valid Driver's License and have no major incidents or accidents within the past 5 years (does not apply to non-driving Laborers) Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds continuously Must be willing to work Overtime (between 45-55 hours per week) Must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Shift Details 6am to at least 3pm, Mon-Fri (end time will vary depending on the day) Ask about our comprehensive benefits package that includes an amazing Employee Stock Ownership Program!
