This hands-on role involves driving, delivering, setting up, and picking up rental merchandise at customers' homes and businesses. Responsibilities

• Safely deliver rental merchandise to customers' homes and businesses
• Pick up merchandise from customer locations as scheduled
• Load, unload, move, and transport furniture, appliances, electronics, and other rental products
• Set up and assemble merchandise in customers' homes when needed
• Inspect merchandise during deliveries and pickups for damage or service needs
• Maintain accurate delivery and pickup documentation
• Communicate effectively with customers and store team members regarding schedules and service needs
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during every customer interaction
• Assist with cleaning, testing, and preparing merchandise for future rentals

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of two years of driving experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more on a regular basis
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Delivery, moving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to safely navigate delivery routes and handle merchandise with care
