Smiles Ohio is looking for an Associate Dentist to join our Mercury Safe, Holistic dental practice in West Chester, Ohio! Performance Expectations: Educate, diagnose, and treat all patients in the practice. Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress. Provide dentistry services such as root canals, extractions, fillings, bridges, crowns, dentures, and other oral services. Work as both a leader and member of the team in providing quality patient care. Essential Functions: Alignment with clinical excellence and an interest in leadership and financial success. Address clinical issues promptly and accurately. Competently and comprehensively examine patients. Always put forth best efforts on behalf of the employer, the patient, and the professional. Success Patterns for this position are: Associates who have high expectations for the patient experience. Associates who practice quality dentistry, while promoting a positive culture and financial success. Associates that are driven to succeed in the clinical space and the business arena. 2+ years of clinical dentistry and exposure to the business of dentistry. Successful Candidates will have the following Personal Characteristics: A love for customer service. A positive attitude and bright personality.
