Contract | Days | Expected 36–48 hours/week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
• Float between Med/Surg and Telemetry units as assigned
• Document and manage patient information using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Proficiency with Epic EMR — required
• Ability to float to Med/Surg and Telemetry units

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior acute care facility experience
• Experience working in a Float Pool environment
