About YOU

-You must have successfully completed and provide evidence of formal training and certification as a CNA per state law and regulation.

-One (1) year experience in home or long-term care setting is preferred.

-Your work history should demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.

-A great caregiver is patient, attentive, resourceful and displays attentive to detail.

Job Duties:

 Be a genuine and supportive companion

 Personal care (can include showering, bathing, and toileting assistance)

 Remind clients to take prescribed medication

 Assist clients with walking, mobility and physical therapy exercises

 Accompany clients to doctor’s appointments, store etc.

 Plan and prepare meals

 Alzheimer/Dementia care assistance

 Perform light housekeeping

Qualifications:

 Compassionate

 Reliable and strong work history

Examples: In-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care

community, Hospital and Rehab

 Ability to pass a background check

 Current TB test or Chest X-ray; Current CPR & 1st Aid Certification (both due upon hire)

 Reliable transportation

Hours: Part-Time Available, Dependent on assignment; Shifts available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and based on availability. Evermore does not guarantee hours.

FLSA Status:  Non-exempt, hourly
