Pulp Quality Service Manager

Overview Corporate Quality Excellence Team seeks a qualified candidate for the role of Pulp Quality Service Manager. The position is full‑time, permanent, and reports directly to the Senior Pulp Quality Services Manager. Responsibilities Strengthen customer quality relationships. Support sales‑driven strategic initiatives. Foster strong partnerships with Domtar’s pulp operations. Ensure highest standards of product quality, consistency, and value for mills and global customers. Multi‑task while delivering on expected goals. Travel internationally and domestically to complete tasks or projects. Contribute positively to customer experiences and sales. Continuously learn about the Fluff and market pulp business, technology, and AI influences. Communicate effectively. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science relevant to pulp science. Five years of experience with Fluff pulp and end uses. Expert in Fluff pulp and Absorbent Product equipment, testing, and troubleshooting. Knowledgeable about FDA and hygiene regulated products. Previous participation in pulp customer audits and warehouse damage investigations. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills. Excellent time management with ability to resolve multi‑requests within high‑pressure deadlines. Proven interpersonal and cross‑departmental communication skills. Open and transparent team focus.
