Manual QA Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Manual Tester to join their team. As a Manual Tester, you will be part of the Software Development team supporting payments applications. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Manual Tester Location: Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Support the SWIFT development team by executing manual testing procedures for payments applications Develop and maintain detailed test cases and scripts to ensure software quality Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other test management tools Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues and improve processes Participate in review meetings to ensure testing aligns with project requirements and standards What's Needed? Strong manual testing experience, ideally with Octane or HP ALM, or transferable test case management skills Proficiency with JIRA for issue tracking and project management 5+ years of overall experience in software testing or quality assurance Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders Experience or familiarity with payments, SWIFT, or transaction processing is a plus What's in it for me?
