Lead the integration of advanced AI and machine learning technologies to automate workflows, enable hyper-personalized customer experiences, and support intelligent, data-driven decision-making. Drive initiatives to embed AI/ML models for dynamic pricing, customer segmentation, proactive service assurance, anomaly detection, and real-time product recommendations. Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI/ML optimization across customer journeys and business processes. Define and execute the modernization roadmap, including legacy migration, domain-driven design, and adoption of industry best practices. Champion domain-centric, event-driven architectures with clear separation of concerns and optimized data flows. Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance frameworks, and ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, ethics, and compliance. Mentor solution architects and cross-functional teams, serving as a subject matter expert in AI/ML adoption and fostering a culture of innovation.
