Landscape Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a crew of landscapers and arborists to achieve daily project goals
• Operate and supervise the use of landscaping and tree care equipment, including chainsaws and skid steers
• Oversee daily job site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
• Communicate with clients on-site to provide updates, address questions, and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment to ensure safety and productivity
• Enforce safety procedures in accordance with OSHA and company standards

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience leading landscaping or tree care crews
• Strong knowledge of tree care practices, landscape design principles, and equipment operation
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
• ISA Certification or other relevant credentials are a plus, but not required
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering quality results
